Management may immediately revoke golf cart privileges without refund for unsafe operation, policy violations, or staff safety concerns.
Rental Golf Cart Terms
The guest reserving and paying for a rental golf cart accepts full responsibility for that cart during the rental period.
This includes financial responsibility for damage to: the golf cart, course property, landscaping, buildings, signs, equipment, vehicles, orany other property damaged as a result of the cart’s use.
Responsibility remains with the renting guest regardless of whether the cart is operated by the renting guest or by any other person permitted or allowed access to the cart by that guest.
Allowing an underage, unlicensed, impaired, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited person to operate a golf cart constitutes misuse of the equipment and does not transfer or reduce responsibility away from the renting guest.
Management reserves the right to deny golf cart rental to any guest who appears impaired, unsafe, unable to responsibly operate the equipment, or unwilling to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Rental guests may be held financially responsible for repair costs, replacement costs, property damage, cleanup costs, downtime losses where legally recoverable, and other direct losses resulting from misuse or negligent operation.
Accidents / Injury / Incident Reporting
Any accident, collision, injury, property damage, or unsafe incident involving a golf cart must be reported to management immediately.
Failure to promptly report an incident may itself be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of injury, management may contact emergency services as deemed appropriate.
Guests are expected to cooperate fully in documenting incidents, including providing identifying information when requested.
Privately Owned Golf Carts
Guests bringing privately owned golf carts onto the property do so entirely at their own risk.
Owners are solely responsible for: safe operation, mechanical condition, insurance, licensing/compliance where applicable,
and any injury or damage caused by their cart.
Management reserves the right to deny use of any privately owned golf cart deemed unsafe, inappropriate, oversized, improperly maintained, or otherwise unsuitable for course use.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny rentals, revoke privileges, cancel bookings, or remove guests from the property at its discretion when necessary for safety, operations, policy enforcement, or guest conduct concerns.
